TEKNOFEST 2025 achievement under the supervision of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Senem ŞENTÜRK LÜLE!
The
Reaktify
team, founded underthe supervision of our faculty member Assoc. Prof. Dr. Senem ŞENTÜRK LÜLE and including our Research Assistant Feride KUTBAY and our doctoral student Sefa SAYIN, won the bronze medal by placing third in the Detail Design Category under the Basic Category of the Nuclear Energy Technologies Competition held at TEKNOFEST 2025.
As part of the competition, all necessary technical calculations and analyses were conducted to design an innovative, cost-effective, sustainable, and applicable 40 MWe pressurized water reactor (PWR) Small Modular Reactor based on domestic and national technology.
